My career in massage therapy has been a wonderful journey. I created TIME TO UNWIND to not only help you to relax and unwind, but also to assist you in understanding your body, your physical patterns and the way your body will structurally change to adapt to the stressors of today's challenging lifestyles.

With massage therapy and corrective stretches and exercises, your body will feel better, move more freely and with less pain.

I enjoy helping my clients with my years of knowledge in many different modalities such as:

Remedial massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, muscle cupping for myofascial release and traditional glass flame cupping, dry needling and pregnancy massage.

I am also an instructor in mat work Pilates and a qualified Reiki master.
